This depends on your insurance company and your coverage. Not all insurance companies require a referral from your PCP. Our practice is leaning into 2 decades specialized in the aged adult population and their families. We offer comprehensive nutrition and wellness consultations to support patients and families coping with challenging conditions related to the aging process. Our services include focused care for senior adults who have neurological conditions such as dementia and cognitive impairment. Our RDNs are well educated on weight gain and improved nutrition plans for conditions related to malnutrition- especially those associated with chemotherapy, radiation, or dialysis.
